At Zenith Dental Academy, we understand that circumstances may change, and you might need to cancel or reschedule your course registration. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and straightforward, ensuring clarity and peace of mind for our participants. This policy outlines the procedures for cancelling your registration, nominating a substitute delegate if possible, and what happens in the event of a no-show. Our goal is to provide a smooth and hassle-free experience, whether you’re planning to join us or need to adjust your plans. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation by Delegate
– Should you need to cancel your booking, the following charges apply:
– Cancellation more than 30 days before the date of the course – full refund minus 10% administration fee.
– Cancellation less than 30 days before the date of the course or failure to attend the course on the day, no refund will be provided. However if the cancellation is more than 7 days in advance and the delegate nominates a suitable substitute, this can be facilitated with a 10% administration fee.
Cancellation by Zenith Dental Academy
– In the unlikely event that Zenith Dental Academy cancels a course due to unforeseen circumstances, the course will be rescheduled as soon as possible and you will be notified of this. Your booking will then to automatically transferred to the later course. If unfortunately you are not able to attend the rescheduled date, a full refund will be provided.
– In the event of a cancellation, Zenith Dental Academy accepts no liability for any additional costs associated with this (e.g. loss of earnings, pre-booked travel or hotels.)
